• A re-inspect is a situation where a property has already been inspected by Ko’olau Home Inspections LLC The deficiencies have been remedied by the property seller. Ko’olau Home Inspections LLC will re-inspect the property to document the improvements made. $100.00 for re-inspect. NAHI standards states I can note inspect the same proprety for both buyer and seller.
